We’re looking for an experienced HR professional to join the Watson team.

You’ll help to identify, develop, and implement key HR initiatives to enhance the success of our company and build a strong, supportive culture for our employees.

We seek someone who shares our values with the right skills and creativity to develop ways to engage our staff so they can excel in their roles.

Ideally, you will have three years’ experience in a culture-focussed HR role and relevant CIPD qualifications.

Health & Safety Manager

Keeping our sites safe has always been our number one priority.

We’re looking for a dynamic manager to help ensure all our developments operate in line with the correct health and safety standards and procedures.

You’ll be a lead contact for Watson on all things health and safety due diligence, reporting and operations.

Candidates should have a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role, with a relevant formal qualification e.g. NEBOSH.

Project Planner & Scheduler

Proper organisation and time management are the foundation of all our developments – to keep us on track and in budget, going above our clients’ high expectations.

We need an experienced Project Planner & Scheduler to help deliver this for us. You’ll ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget, while organising for the right materials to be distributed to site in line with our programmes.

Quantity Surveyor

Finally, we have a vacancy for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team. Working with the Senior QS, you will help control all aspects of cost and monitor all commercial aspects of a project in line with sale and target budgets, from pre-tender enquiries through to final accounts for both sub-contractors and Watson.

Candidates should be qualified to HND (or higher), with working knowledge of the housebuilding industry, and hold a valid CSCS card.
